1. Could you tell me the reason why my WIFI can not use? Is it your problem or the problem of the router in my home? My lawyer needs the Failure Cause Report.
2. I contacted maintenance support and they help me create a ticket to have an appointment with your technical guy. But you closed this ticket from your side before your technical guy come to my room. Now, my WIFI can not be used this morning(Can not search it by any devices). Could you tell me why you close my ticket?

Sorry, no help over here if you already went to a lawyer. In that case, your lawyer will have to contact the law department from Vodafone directly - you won't get any other information here or from the customer support anymore.
