Total failure of internet in 38448

from last 14 days our internet is not working.
we are not getting any reposne from customer care.
can you tell us when the problem will be resolved  or can we get any alternative ?

Hey aq53,

I'm sorry that your landline is not working yet.
There is no known outage in this region , most likely some kind of defect with your connection.

Are you using internet via dsl? Then feel free to send me a private message with your customer & mobilenumber.

I'll have a look.
