Slow internet speed in Berlin 10245

The past two weeks my DSL 100 has only been reaching max ~18Mbps download speeds.

The signal from the line has also been cutting out with increasing frequency over the past month, sometimes 5-6 times per hour in the afternoon work hours.

Is there someone that could help with this?

I have also gone through the steps to troubleshoot the problem via my handy on LTE, as linked through the QR code here, but at the end after unplugging and replugging the modem for 3minutes, there didn't seem to be a further step to actually report the outage: http://www.vod.af/Netz-Assistent-DSL

 

In general, whenever the issue of disconnection occurs (which sometimes more than 5 times during the work day), I simply unplug the router, plug it back in and hope for the best. Sometimes this resolves in in a few minutes, other times I need to wait 15-20 minutes before internet returns.

 

When this happens, I also check the modem, diagnostic, and recieve the following error:

Error	Internet Connection	IPv4: Not connected. IPv6: Not connected. Web service cannot be reached

Can Vodafone confirm from their end that my connection is dropping with such frequency?
