Hello. I am so sorry I can not speak German.
My case is the following. I just contracted DSL for my phone but seems that my flat doesn't have a proper phone jack. The technician came to my home, We could not find any telephone plug and she went saying that I need to call the company. After that and digging deeper I found a white box just at the top of my main door with two cables which seem to be telephone lines. But just the cables. No plug, plate, or connection on them. I don't know what to do. I do not know the status of my service or how to cancel it because I don't speak German as I said. What do you think guys that I can do? Is there any number which I can call? Is there a way I can have a proper internet connection at home? I've been here for 2 months and 1 month trying to get internet. Thanks in advance for anyone who can guide me...
