Hello.
No internet connection has been made since the activation.
I moved in Germany recently and took a couple of months to make a contract for internet with Vodafone because of miscommunication. it is so frustrating to see no internet after long wait for the internet.
I've tried network reset and instruction from Nets-assistent but all failed.
once I try to connect WIFI, the attached error code(Error 691) is showed up.
and then all I can access is google stuff(google.com or youtube.com) but no other webpage.
Router: Fritzbox 7530AX
Product : DSL 250
I am foreigner who just moved in this country and cannot speak German so it is quite difficult to get help from technician. can somebody help me solve this issue?

sorry to hear about the complications.
When did you sign the DSL contract? Has the technician already been to your house to activate your DSL line? You can find the date of activation in your welcome letter, together with your access data which have to be inserted for configuration after the technician was there.

Thank you for your reply.
the technicial didnot visit but did his job remotely on july 12.
I assume he did this because,
1) the previous tenant in the house used Vodafone internet.
2) a technician actually visited before for my previous contract with vodafone which was cancelled with unknown reason.
from July 12, I've used the activation code and tried to use the internet.
however, as I said before, only google or youtube is available. execpt those, 'DSL-Leitungsdaten falsch! (Fehler 691)' has been showed up.
Do I need a technician to come to my house?
