Internet connection keeps cutting

Hi,

Since yesterday night our internet keeps disconnecting on a regular basis (every 10-15min for 5min). WIFI led keeps staying white but internet & phone leds start blinking red. 

We tried other solutions but so far no results. Can you check our connection and support on that matter asap please (we work from home)?
