Hello,
I recieved my Easybox Modem today and also got the connection done for my house.
However when I go to set it up and click on Activation for the easy box, it shows 'No Internet' and I am not able to proceed further. Also there is a red light on the modem for internet.
Please help me with the problem.

Is the connection already activated? You should have received a switching appointment or a technician appointment.
