I purchased a vodafone smartphone with internet contract for S25 Ultra from Vodafone as service provider. Vodafone is said to offer the reimbursement of the connection fee but in the app there is no option as such. Please kindly help me with it. I only have 7 days from the receiving to get that refund and today is sadly the 4th day already. Please someone from vodafone help me with it.

When did you sign the contract? The banner should be available after 48h.
Please also check in the MeinVodafone app that you accept the cookie guidelines and personal offer.

I started my contract from 27th and on 28th when I installed the esim, internet and everything was working. But there was no option to get the fee back and I also did accepted all the cookies.
