I received my esim details (which also delayed) and finally when I thought I can activate it, I realize their esim pdf requires a customer password that they haven't provided me with. I tried my birth date, the phone number but it didn't work. I don't have an active number that they can call me on, because I cancelled my previous contract, therefore I cannot also contact customer service through the hotline or through the contact form that requires a phone number. Please help!

hast du die eSIM über Vodafone oder ein Vergleichsportal bestellt?
das Passwort hast du bei der Bestellung selbst vergeben
