Registeration of CallYa prepaid

Dears,

I bought a prepaid CallYa Sim card from the Vodafone website, and last week I got this posted Sim card. I charged with 50 euros on line. But I find out that I cannot use it to call out, I could receive the message from Vodafone.  I loggined into the MeinVodafone App, it shows that the Simcard is active.  I use the other phone number to call this new number, it showns that this new number of CallYa prepaid was not signed in. I checked with a local post office try to make registration of my resident ID and passport, but they told me I need a letter of Counpon/ID??  My German is not so good, I am a stranger  for this process. Could you help me how to resolve it?
