Hello. Sorry, I don't speak German. I came from Ukraine as refugee and got sim-card in Berlin. After few month I got sms that I should verify my identity. I went to the post office and did that. Some time later I got sms again that I should verify my identity (didn't it work the first time?), so I started verification process again and went to the post office again. At the beginning of this month my sim-card was blocked (verification didn't it work the second time?). So I called to the support, they asked my data and the sim card started working at the evening of the same day. But next day it was disabled again. I went to the operator office and there guy told me I should call to the again. And now I call support by the same number like previous time (0172 229 0 229) but there is robot doesn't want to switch me to English speaking operator (I'm listening to a message the press "5" and it told me that operator unavailable) - I tried that on Saturday and today.
On the other hand, my girlfriend got her sim-card and registered it same way as me - and all works good for she.
So, can you please help me to fix this problem and save this mobile number? Because I already use it in several services and organisations and it will be hard for me to switch to another number.
