I would like to register for a MyVodafone account, but I am encountering an issue. Since I am using a Prepaid Allnet Flat M plan and do not have a contract, I do not have the customer/participant password that the registration process is requesting. Could you please advise me on how to proceed in this situation or how I can obtain this password?
Additionally, I topped up my prepaid balance earlier via VR Bank online banking, but I did not receive any confirmation or message indicating whether the transaction was successful.
Ich möchte mich für ein MyVodafone-Konto registrieren, habe aber ein Problem. Da ich einen Prepaid-Tarif von Allnet Flat M nutze und keinen Vertrag habe, besitze ich das für die Registrierung benötigte Kundenpasswort nicht. Außerdem habe ich vorhin mein Prepaid-Guthaben über das Online-Banking der VR Bank aufgeladen, aber keine Bestätigung oder Nachricht über den Erfolg der Transaktion erhalten.

Every contract (also a prepaid contract) has a customer password. Where did you get your SIM card/eSIM?
As you topped up your balance via bank transfer you only used your mobile phone number as reference?

I purchased it at the sim section in Edeka and yes, I was only asked by the bank for my phone number and nothing else.

You purchased a physical SIM card package by VF in EDEKA discounter market?
Then you had do register your SIM card about that website: https://www.vodafone.de/cy-reg/?cmd=form#personal-details-1
If so, you also set a personal customer password.
And that customer password is needed integrating your CallYa mobile phone number as a contract to MeinVodafone website.

additionally, i would like to ask because earlier the vodafone texted saying they have deducted my credit and can be used by the end of this month but they sent me another message saying it was not recharges.

Hi @chrstnjnn,
I think that's two different messages.
I guess your balance was already low (maybe under 1 €) before you topped up the balance.
You topped up 15 €? If so then Vodafone used 14,99 from your balance today. Your tariff was activated today till 30.11.2025 (28 days).
Your new balance under 1 € now. And that is the reason you got the second text message.
The second one is only an offer by VF.
You should be able to use your mobile data with your currently CallYa tariff. 👍😃
