Mein Vodafone App for CallYa users

Why doesn't MeinVodafone App function for CallYa Users anymore? Why is that still not fixed? Will it be fixed at all?

I can see my current balance but I can't click on any of options, can't top up my credit. On the meinVodafone Internet site I can't even see anything connected with my CallYa account. This all was functioning well until an update 3 months ago.

Hi @Bilokaj,

Delete the data and cache of the app. I'm using the app without problems after deleting the data and cache.
