Hi team,
I took a new sim card on 10 Oct. on the CallYa FlatM Tariff. I have registered to MeinVodafone but I can not add my contract since it requires customer password. I don't know about that and also didn't get the password when I took the sim card and the number. I'm sorry I can not speak German to go to shop and explain this.
Could you please help me find or reset the password? Thanks very much

Ah okay, then the staff set the customer password during the registration and identification process.
Do you still have the package from the SIM card? Could it be that the staff wrote the password on the package?
Otherwise you can set a new one with this form.
It's only in German. 😒
You can send the filled form via email at kontakt@vodafone.com (subject: Mein neues Kundenkennwort).
Please send also a copy of your ID card with the email.
You should get a text message if Vodafone changed your new customer password.
