Can't Choose Other Identification Type

Hi everyone,

I currently try to buy CallYa Card with 20GB per 4 weeks. In the step of identification type selection, there's only one option "In a post office", but I want to go through the identification process online. May I ask what's going on? Thanks.

This is most likely because the information you entered for your personal data, e.g. the nationality, indicates documents that are not supported for the web identification process - e.g. your passport cannot be verified using the web id process.
