I want to change my Mobilecom Prepaid SIM card to a Vodafone Prepaid SIM card. I want to use it with my old phone number.
I ordered a SIM card through the Vodafone website. I chose my identification method, "Online video chat"
Then, I had a Postident video chat. They said, "You need to go to the Post office and show the "Postident-Coupon with the QR cord. It should be in the Email Vodafone sent, and you can get it through the Link in the email."
But I can't find the Link and Postident- Coupon in the Email Vodafone sent...
Do you know where I can get it?
Or, do you know how can I cancel my order for a Vodafone SIM card? Then I can order it again and choose my identification method, "at a post office"
I lost my phone and I can't speak German... So I want to find the solution online.
