Callya blocked

I am sorry to write this text in English, but I am still learning German. 
I need help to unblock my CallYa. I can't add cash to the number since that is blocked.
I also went to a Vodafone store but they can't help me. I really need to unblock my callYa. 
I tried everything to contact someone from support but with no success. 
Can anyone help me?
