Hi Vodafone users and moderators,
First of all, my German is not so good, so therefore, I write my question in English
I have a prepaid CallYa SIM which I had purchased in a shop. The salesperson in the shop had activated the number for me.
Recently, I wanted to add that SIM to my customer account. However, I noticed 2 things:
- The owner of the shop registered my number in the wrong name. It's in somebody else's name and address
- I don't have a customer password (Kunden-kennwort)
Could you kindly let me know how can I now change the personal data to have my correct name and address?
And how can I then request the customer password?

Thanks for your answer.
I tried to reach out on that phone number by Whatsapp, but for me it does not show as a valid WhatsApp customer. I only get the "Invite to whatsapp" option. Could you kindly check again?
