unable to add cellular contract to vodafone account

How do I add my cellular contract to vodafone account. I continue to get error message "something is wrong" after multiple attempts, then my phone number is locked for 24 hours due to repeated failed attempts.

The only possibility is that your customer or subscriber password is wrong. I can check it out for you. Tell me your phone number and your customer password via PN.

I am having the same issue!

I know my password is correct as I can log in to the MeinVodafone account fine, and I am using the KundenNummer that I was emailed... please help!

The password for your MeinVodafone-account differs from your customer password... normally.
