As andreasabaad already wrote can you offer a new mobile phone number and the customer service.
I recommend to use the WhatsApp chat.
WhatsApp/SMS Chat (daily 7:30 - 22:00)
You start with the chat bot TOBi first. After the usual questions by TOBi ask that TOBi should forward you to an agent of Vodafone. TOBi is trying to offer an recall but you have to insist to forward you to an agent.
Note, that changing the mobile phone number isn't free of charge.
