Hello,
I just had the worst experience with Vodafone. I tried to purchase a product online from Vodafone. I didn't receive the product and I was also charged for the that product. Which I felt very unfair. I tried to call customer service but no one could help me they kept giving me different numbers. My German is not great as well but I tried my best to speak the language. The customer service was really bad and worst. If any have a solution for this it would be great help.
