I traveled to Italy last week, in there I saw my network name is "Vodafone Italy".
After my high speed data exceed 4GB, I thought I can use the "Vodafone Pass EU Ausland" which is 45GB.
But actually no. When I check my consumption, I found that the "Vodafone Pass EU Ausland" was consumed only 10MB, there is 44.99GB there but my cellphone can't use it.
And I have to pay more to get 250MB more data volume.
Why "Vodafone Pass EU Ausland" can't be used at that time? Can anyone tell me?
Thanks.

The "Vodafone Pass EU Ausland" is not for general internet usage - it is only taken into account for services that are free of charge within Germany.
So if you have a Vodafone Video Pass, using services that take part of that Video pass, would not be counted upon your data usage within Germany. As this zero rating for special services isn't applied within the EU, there is that special "Vodafone Pass EU Ausland" for usage of those special services within the EU. So if you'd use those (within Germany zero-rated) services, you'd use that "Vodafone Pass EU Ausland" data plan before it is charged upon your "regular" data plan.
Anyhow if you consume all of the regular data plan for any other services, the "Vodafone Pass EU Ausland" isn't usable anymore and your data speed will be throttled down for all services. The "Vodafone Pass EU Ausland" is NOT usable for any other services that do not take part in the Vodafone Passes.

Hi @liumin1997 !
The high-speed data volume for the Vodafone Pass is only available to you if regular highspeed data volume is still available. Otherwise, the pass is also reduced to 32kbit/s.
