I'm a cellular customer and have trouble navigating your entire system - everything is in German. The online websites, chatbots and customer service reps. I need to change the voicemail on my phone to English, so I can set it up and navigate it when people leave me a message.
I've seen from other posts on your Help Community that this is possible - can you please help me with this?
It is important that this is resolved asap.
