Hi,
I've discussed this with both the contract department and Customer Service and the contract renewal that they have confirmed does not match my received "Vertragszusammenfassung".
Could you please explain why the agreed rebates are missing, align it and reimburse this months fee?

the "verkaufszusammenfassung" should contain all the costs/discounts.
If you've already talked with the contract department - could they confirm that the discounts you are missing on the confirmation letter are booked?
Or missing completely?

Thanks for assisting me
The mentioned discounts were not listed on their side when asked. They were also not able to see the Vertragszusammenfassung which I was referring to, so presumably, they were missing or not booked.

Please also state what kind of discount is missing.
