I would like to check the possibility of canceling my contract with Vodafone. Now that it's supposed to be easier to proceed with canceling in some cases (it applies to my case).

Well, it doesn't make sense according to what I've posted here a few days ago regarding the new laws.

One year ago I was "obligated" to subscribe to a new contract (At the time I didn't know, and the seller also didn't mention the auto-renew). So, I had to do it because it how is done here and most probably also the reason of this law be created to protect customers... if I didn't would have to continue paying monthly 70 euros.

The new regulation of the TKG only affects contracts after the minimum contract period. In terms of contract law, a contract extension is also a contract with a new minimum contract term.
