Hi!
I bought a Lidl sim card, and as I was trying to activate it, the operator on the web id call told me that they can't do it with a Portuguese ID card, only with a passport. They said that was the only option on the computer and that I needed to contact vodafone directly so they could have the option on the computer to proceed with the ID, can anybody help me please?

Unfortunately, you have to contact Lidl connect customer service for this, as Vodafone, as a network operator, cannot help you.
