Ich habe mir ein Handy mit Vertrag gekauft und es ist vor Kurzem angekommen. Jetzt möchte ich meine alte Nummer über das Online-Formular in diesen Vertrag mitnehmen. Mein alter Anbieter war handyvertag.de. Allerdings kann ich den handyvertag in der Auswahl „alter Anbieter“ nicht sehen. Könnt ihr mir helfen, welcher das ist?

I bought a phone with contract and it arrived lately. Now I want to bring my old number to this contract from the online form. My old contractor was handyvertag.de. However I cannot see the handyvertag in the "old contractor" selections. Can you help me which one is it?
