Number portability

I just switched from O2 to Vodafone (Both internet DSL and two sim cards). I asked for the portability of the numbers in order to keep the same numbers. However, the papers i filled in was regarding to the DSL phone number. What can i do in order to Keep my two O2 sim card numbers and transfer it to the 2 new SIM card I got from Vodafone?
