Hello everyone,
This was my first time ordering a phone and contract with Vodafone and I am really regretting my decision and thinking of canceling it now, Please help.
I have ordered a phone that had finally been promised delivered on 30/07/2021 (First they said you will receive it on 23/07/2021). I have taken time off from work in Germany, to receive it at my address in Dusseldorf. it is not delivered and there is no update even on the delivery status page.
It is a Samsung Galaxy S21 and I have already paid for one month of costs without using the phone, can i cancel the contract now or is there a way that Vodafone can update me when they will deliver so that I do not have to take more holidays for the phone to be delivered.

and sorry for the inconviniences.
I am very sorry for the delay and that we can´t gave you an update.
Depending on which modell you choose the date varies between the 3rd and 13th August.
