Hi
I'm trying to modify my IBAN by myself on the customer aera but it does not work. It worked with kabel but not with my mobilf.
Can you please help me?
It's a kind of emergency since the next payment needs to be done via the new sepa.

Hi Lea,
Sorry for the late reply and that the change does not work online. Do you get an error message? Have you tried the MeinVodafone app?
Send me a private message with your IBAN, mobile number, name, adress & date of birth. I'll change it asap for you.
