My SIM card is defective and I need to get a new one. I cannot reach your customer support because I do not speak German. Can you help me?

If you have added your contract to MeinVodafone with your telephone number or contract number and the customer password you have chosen, you can request a new SIM card there.

Tip: In the latest version of the My Vodafone app, you can set the language to English. After logging in, click on "Einstellungen & Infos", "Sprache", "English". You can then place the order in English. Click on "My Sim Card" and "Replace Sim" under "My Contract".
