Hello,
i realised that my old UnityMedia mobile number is not present in the Vodafone contract. The mobile is working.
how can i get some clarification?

Did you have a PureMobile or Family & Friends plan with Unitymedia? These have been outsourced to PureMobile powered by Vodafone in the course of the takeover. Each customer has also been informed in writing (by letter or email) about this.

Hi,
not really, i found the https://selbstauskunft.vodafone.de/login.html, but when i put my number it say that my birthdate is not good.
as bank transfers i only find a 6eur something in July from "Vodafone PureMobile", and no email or monthlly info or something.
so my problem is still there 😞 but i don't know if this is the right forum.
