I am an existing Internet customer and I tried to order a mobile plan with contract, but for some reason I was asked to do an identification call, but they told me to reach out directly to Vodafone.
Since my German is not good enough, I cannot call Customer Service so I am stuck and wanted to know if there is another way to reach Customer Service in English or writing.

feel free to get in touch with our customersupport- for example via twitter / facebook. You'll get help in english there.
With a bit of luck its possible to change the ident variant.
If not, this contract needs to be cancelled/revoked.
Then I'd suggest visiting a vodafone shop near you , since they can directly ident you.
