Hi, I hope it is fine if we discuss this in English as my German is not good enough for such technicalities.
I have a MeinVodafone profile after I made an internet contract some time ago, and this weekend I ordered there an eSIM card.
I got an email to activate the new eSIM, I go to that link where it asks for my user ID and password. I tried my existing MeinVodafone details, but those do not work and they block my account. I think I am making the mistake that I should enter another password from when I ordered the eSIM.....which I forgot, my bad.
Can you please help me on this one? I just want to activate the eSIM and have it in that MeinVodafone profile.

thank you for your first post here in the Vodafone Forum and welcome to the community!
You need your customer password. You thought this up yourself when you signed your contract.
Does it come back to you? Or did you find it in your contract?
