I have placed an order for a phone contract with Vodafone. As part of the process I was required to do identification and It happened through WebID. I was told by them that they can not verify my nationality and hence Vodafone would have to do it directly. I have tried reaching out to customer support but did not get a lot of help.
Can someone please help me with this? It's an order of a phone contract and is supposed to arrive on 12 July, but it says that identification is necessary for processing. How can I do it?
