GigaMobil Young M without smartphone - EU Coverage countries- UK included?

Hi

I'm curious if my plan validity extends to UK as well. I'm permanently moving to UK next week and I saw somewhere in the community that Vodafone charges extra money when I try to cancel before the normal termination of contract, is it so? 

Does Vodafone EU tariff extend to UK as well? For how many months? 4? Then I'll end my contract normally!

I tried calling the toll-free number, but no one speaks English even when I ask for operator.

Please let me know asap. Much appreciated!!
