Extra Data for the participant

Hi,

I am a Red+ customer. We share Red+ data as a family. All was good till Vodafone decided to limit the sharing to 10G. Probably they announced, and I missed.

Now my issue is to buy extra data for my kid, as she's way above 10G. Any idea/clue how to buy the extra data (even it's ridiculous that we have lots of unused data on main account)

What Red+ tariff do you have exactly? Red+ Allnet, Red+ Kids or Red+ data?

When Red+ Allnet then the partner SIM-card gets 10 GB every month. But it's possible to share out further data volume at MeinVodafone app of your main card.

I think red+ allnet. too much confusing names. 

I will re-check the app. but till now could not find that

Yeah, you're right. Sometimes it's very confusing. Let keep us updated!  

Btw have a look at this video (it's only in German) but it shows you how you could share your data volume from main card to partner card.
