Hello,
Applied for cable max contract online and system told me that I should receive the confirmation by email shortly. However got no email in few hours, so thinking I've entered it with mistake. Not sure how to validate if order was really placed and if the email was correct or not. One in live chart suggested to call the hotline 08001721212, but I failed to break through german speaking bot. Called different support line 080044440560403, but support refused to speak english.
Could someone help me with checking if order was placed or I need to place another one? Just do not what to received two contracts or no contract at all, because I really need one for working from home.

it may well take a few days before the system processes an order. Therefore, you will have to be patient.
