urgent: kundenn.xxxxxxxxxxxx, help with rechnung data

with regards to
  kundennummer XXXXXXXXXXX Referenzkonto 0002 Rechnungsnummer XXXXXXXXXXX

I received 2 different messages for a total cost above 33 euros. However since june 2021 my new tariff is 19,99 so I don t understand why it is 33 euro
Also, have not received the information where quoted how to make the transfer as usual , so with the verwendungszweck . Can you help?
