router delivery for new order

Hello, 

I am a new customer and bought Cable connection via Check 24, I have recieved the customer number and order number via e-mail, and on website contract start day is showing 22.03.2023..But till now i have not recieved my WLAN router for enabling the connection, 

The contact center are not able to help as I don't speak german, 

Can any one help how to check and track router delivery status ?
