payment menthod change

Hello. I need to change my payment method. I can't change my bank details for SEPA payment because the system does not accept my Portuguese IBAN number and I can't find an option to pay in some other way. I have been trying to do this for two months now by phone and by mail. Please let me know how to do this. 
Really bad customer service up to this moment. I would really like to pay my bills in time, please help me do this. Best wishes,
