Hi! I took a mobile phone contract 2 years ago. At the same time, without realising, I took a TV contract as well, which I subsequently tried to cancel but didn't manage entirely. In March I had to take over the internet contract in the new house which was also Vodafone. How can I merge them? I managed to add the internet contract to MyVodafone but I can't seem to be able to get into my mobile phone account. I now have several client numbers associated to my phone contract and no working password.
I would be really grateful for some help. It all seems so unncessarily complicated...

I understand you correctly that you can log into your customer portal account? But not all contracts are stored there? Before I can help you, please tell me in which federal state you live.

Hi there,
I have same issue with adding my new Kabel contract with existing DSL account.
When i try to add this, it say that Customer number is not valid.
Can you please help me?
