failing to cancel Sicherheitspaket

My contract started in Dec 2021 with Security Package, which can be canceled after the first month (or so was I told). I have sent a letter to confirm my wish for cancelation, but nothing has happened. To this date, I am stilled getting billed for this. Also, when I called the customer center I was told it can not be cancelled on the phone... while very disappointing, I hope someone can help me to solve this within this forum.

Unfortunately, no one can help you here, as this would require access to your customer account. However, this support ended here on August 15th, 2022, here is now a pure customer-help-customer forum.
