Wifi cable connection delay.

I had requested for wifi cable connection on 10th June, 2025. It's been 13 days till now. Visited vodafone center multiple times. They keep on saying It will done in a day but nothing happens. Technical team had connected and provided appointment 2 times. On 20th and 23rd. But Technical Person didn't show up. Calling them they say they will give a time and date. Technical Person wasn't available 

 I am really Feb up. My order ID. 179644792.
