When will I receive the contract and delivery router?

Hey there,

I am very sorry to write this in English.

I ordered a 250mbps Cable Wifi through Online Branch on Friday 12.03.21. And the nice guy who helped me with the order mentioned that I will receive the email confirmation after few hours and that my internet will be able to work within 4 working days.

However, I have not received email confirmation about the contract and as well as no tracking number for the vodafone wifi cable router.

Please help.

an order, even online, can take a few days. No one can guarantee the 4 days. Some online orders have to be "touched" again by hand, which delays the processing. Not to mention that you expect delivery after less than 48 hours. That is a bit too optimistic. So you will have to be patient for a few more days.
