When will I receive my router? (Cable Contract)

I've a "Internet- und Telefon-Anschluss" contract, received the confirmation on 8th of March and the contract should start on 1st of April.
The problem is: Neither I'v received the router nor the shipment details.
Can you please let me know about the expected date of receiving the router?

Please excuse the delay in replying. If you specify a desired date when ordering, then the device will be shipped on that day. If you have an email address stored and confirmed with us, you will be informed about the shipment.
