Submitted moving service form over 2 weeks ago, nothing has changed in my account. How do I move?

Hello,

We are now going on 3 weeks of no internet access because the "moving service" form has not accomplished anything.  I submitted the date and the new address and then was told to call a number, which we did. We explained the situation and they said we should receive something in the mail, that was 2 weeks ago. Also, I have been billed for the contract at the old address AFTER I submitted the moving form.

Also, when I log into my account to even try to sign up for a new DSL contract it will only list the old address, so the moving form was useless.

We need to change from Kabel to DSL and from what I read on the site, there should have been a free termination from the old contract and the ability to sign up to the new DSL contract with a special offer for 2 years + router rental, etc.

Can someone please help me, our jobs depend on us having internet and this is very stressfull. Thank you.

Best Regards,

Jacob

2 weeks are not enough for a new DSL line - usually it takes 4..6 weeks for a new DSL line to be set up.

Hi Jacob,

you can also simply order a Vodafone DSL contract via the homepage. It is important that you transfer the phone number from your cable contract to the DSL contract. The colleagues will then terminate the cable contract as quickly as possible.

Best regards

Lars
