Hello. We moved recently to Berlin and we chose our Vodafone Internet through Check24. The router has arrived this week at our apartment. However, we don't know how to proceed and we are in the dark regarding information on the whole process:
-where and when can we find our contract with Vodafone?
-should we install the router ourselves or will a technician come? If so, when will he come? How can we check this information?
-The contract begins in the day of installation? While we wait, is there any temporary solution to have internet at home? Note, this is the least important question in this post and you can disregard it.
