I booked a cable connection for my new apartment via Verivox on July 17th, 2022 but I'm not moving into this apartment until August 1st, 2022.
Now I have received an email twice that my documents are being sent to me (by Post I'm guessing as I can't find anything under vodafone.de/meinedokumente)
The documents were probably sent to me at the new address, where I only have access to them on the moving-in date and are currently doesn't have any label under my name.
So I wanted to ask if it would be possible to send me the contract confirmation or just the necessary data for online access by email or by post to my current address.

anyone has any ideas? I don't even know which documents am I supposed to have received yet, my German is not very good so I don't think I could call the support center.

Hello tina thanks for you help but I didn't receive any email, my email address should be alright as I've received the mails that talked about the documents sent by post but I didn't receive yours, maybe you'd like me to send you my email address again?

where do you live? in which state? because voafone has two companies: vodafone WEST for nrw, baden-württemberg and hessen.
or the other one:
you can send them a "widerruf". i think this is the easiest way
Ich widerrufe meinen Vertrag! --> is enough, better with adress and maybe client number = kudnennummer
but do it today! you ordered on the 17th July --> usually you have two weeks after you received the "Auftragsbestätigung" --> when you get this one?

Hello and thanks for your answer, I'd prefer for the documents to be sent to me by email like Tina said, maybe there was an error sending me the documents and that's why they didn't arrive, maybe she has a different email address for some reason I don't know, I received the router so I just need the documents
Also I don't know my kundennummer maybe it's in the documents I should have received?
