I am in Berlin and currently using Vodafone Kabel connection, I am going to move soon to new place which is a completely new building and I would be one of the first tenants over there. There is cable socket in both the rooms but when I put new address in Umzug portal on vodafone website it shows me neither DSL nor Kabel asks me to call a number.
I know there are people in neighboring buildings who use vodafone but If umzug portal is not offering me change how can I book move of connection.
